This training program is an 8 week strength and conditioning program designed for the boxers of K.O. and was designed with the space and equipment access of K.O. Boxing in mind.
Strength and plyometric exercises are designed to improve punching power, core stiffness, and lower leg strength and agility.
You may modify or substitute boxing conditioning workouts with combos, foot work, or skill development work as deemed best by your coaches. The boxing and bag work included in this program is designed to cover the underlying energy system needs of the athlete but the skill work can be fluxed to the skill level of the athlete from novice to competitor.
